NATHANIEL W. BOUGHTON

Nathaniel W. Boughton is an award-winning author, strategy and management consultant and executive coach. He has been interviewed on CNBC and has spoken at both national and international conferences on Strategy, Scorecarding, Performance Metrics, and Organizational Development and sales.

His first book, Stop Managing, Start Coaching!, was selected as one of the top 30 business books by Soundview Executive Book Summary. Mr. Boughton's second book, The Performance Challenge, for which he was interviewed on CNBC Power Lunch, has been widely used as the building block for change in organizational structure for a variety of companies in all industries.

Mr. Boughton started his business career as a first-quintile producer for Merrill Lynch. He then transitioned from sales to heading a training department for another financial institution before getting involved in consulting with William M. Mercer. He has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication.



PETER J. BLAZEK

Peter J. Blazek is a consulting professional and executive coach. He is a leader in capability modeling and driving accountability through the alignment of people, process and technology. Pete has lead numerous change initiatives that has resulted in significant impact on both sides of the balance sheet. Pete has been in the consulting industry for 15 years. He previously worked for premier management consulting firms such as Booz Allen & Hamilton prior to joining the Performance Consulting Group as Managing Principal.

Pete graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. He later received his Master of Science degree in Management from the DuPree College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Pete excelled in football while at Georgia Tech, played with the Seattle Seahawks, and was a graduate assistant football coach.

Pete has two children, A.J. and Hannah. He stays active coaching their athletic endeavors, playing tennis, fishing, traveling, scuba diving and with GT Alumni activities.



TRAVIS MILLER

Travis R. Miller is an experienced management consultant and analyst with more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Miller's consulting focus has been on the municipal market space with a special focus on providing management, operations and other strategic consulting services with all size governments and municipal entities.

Mr. Miller has conducted hundreds of projects focusing on a variety of key questions relating to staffing, organizational structure, performance objectives, facility locations and other challenges. He has been a speaker and panel member at a number of public-safety focused conferences. Mr. Miller has worked for hundreds of jurisdictions in 37 states.

Prior to his career as a management consultant, Mr. Miller worked in the municipal finance department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and also as an economic analyst for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Mr. Miller holds a Masters degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester as well as a BA in Political Science.

Louis Storms is the Chief Architect of the proprietary BOSS™ software offering. He has also been the Chief Technology Officer for several start-ups. His unique ability to design and build software that meet business requirements with elegance and simplicity is unparalleled. His career has been focused on identifying technology solutions that solve real organizational issues.

As Chief Architect, he spearheads all of the software development activity for Business Orchestration Software. Overseeing the development team, he manages the life cycle of the process, monitoring research, reviewing code and supervising any testing. Additionally, he ensures that all development efforts are in compliance with our best practice policies and procedures. He is also responsible for tracking and maintaining all records and metrics to ensure any security issues are addressed.



TINA HAGOPIAN

Tina Hagopian is the Vice President of Learning and brings 25 years of corporate experience and leadership to her role. She has held executive positions at three of the world's top international workforce solutions firms. She was chosen to be part of an elite change management team tasked with integrating 17 legacy companies into one collaborative working brand. Her content development and engaging delivery reflect expertise in the use of behavioral economics to significantly improve performance and create sustainable change for increased business results.
